ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We want you to love your Urban Quirk purchase! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Returns are not accepted for size issues once the correct size was ordered (please check our size chart before placing an order).

RETURN PROCESS

Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address or arrange a pickup (where available).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

In case of replacements, we’ll ship your new product once the return is approved.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
