• Orders are processed within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

DELIVERY TIME​

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES​

• Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹99 shipping charge.

• Orders of ₹999 or above: FREE Shipping across India.

Any promotional free shipping offers will automatically apply during checkout when eligible.

ORDER TRACKING​

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Urban Quirk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Incorrect phone numbers

• Unavailable recipient at the time of delivery

If your order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

• Take clear photographs before opening the package.

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and supporting images for faster resolution.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within India. Availability may vary based on PIN code and courier serviceability.

Urban Quirk reserves the right to disable COD for specific locations, products, or repeat cases of refused deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, Urban Quirk ships only within India.

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
